Silas began at a young age, fascinated by the salons’ facades and very interested in the whole environment. Silas began his hair career when he moved to London, UK in 1985.  He has been working in this profession ever since in London, Hong Kong, Germany and then making Ottawa his home, where he opened Blushes in 2001.  Silas is an internationally recognized, award- winning master stylist.
